Combining his knowledge and expertise, this international renowned Chef, is generally offering his talents to the international Hotel and Restaurant Industry as culinary consultant.

Dennis has been trained in the best institutes and restaurants in Europe. It's only after investing years in culinary knowledge, mastering the art of cooking and working as successful chef & started his own culinary consulting firm Apicius Culinary Support. Besides working for Hotel corporations and restaurants, he is available for private catering, he appear as Guest-Chefs for special events and work for the food industry, developing new product ideas, recipes and food-styling. Next to working as successful consultant, he has a lot of creative and fun ideas.

Dennis has a lot of fun during the first try-out sessions being a culinary gift. For instance he has recently spend a day in the Hamptons at the home of acclaimed photographer Elliott Erwitt who invited ten of his friends to a fabulous weekend of food & wine. On two other occasions Dennis was part of a life auction (by Christie's) for a fund-raiser at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel, and a private party for Michael Doulglas, Ted Turner, Barbara Walters at there homes.

Together with your Chef you can customize the program according to your wishes. Where to shop? What you will learn during the cooking lesson and what to serve for dinner that evening? After the dinner the Chef joins the party and discusses food & wine with you and your guests. You will receive beautiful menus (designed for the occasion) and a certificate of private culinary training.
